Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at parts@landycentral.com.au.

  • Standard orders canceled before fulfillment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Alternatively, you can choose full store credit for the total order value.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted.

We aim to process and ship orders quickly, so updates or cancellations can only be made if your order has not yet been fulfilled. Once packed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

If you ordered the wrong part, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery (provided it is unused and in its original packaging).
