What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For change of mind or if the wrong part is ordered, we offer store credit (no refunds).

To start a return, please contact us at returns@landycentral.com.au with your order number. We will guide you through the process.

Please note:

• Returns initiated after 14 days cannot be accepted.
  
• Custom orders are non-returnable.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
  
• For defective items, we may elect either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on availability.
