How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive your returned item.

Store credit is the primary form of refund for returns. If a card refund is required, it may take up to 14 days to be processed by your financial institution.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you. If the return is approved, store credit will be issued immediately.

Delays may occur during busy periods, particularly over public holidays.
