How do I start a return or refund?

To start a return, please contact us at returns@landycentral.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide:

- Your order number

- Details of the item you wish to return

- The reason for the return

We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note:

• Store credit (not refunds) is offered for change of mind or if the wrong part is ordered.
  
• Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
  
• Custom orders are non-returnable.
